What to expect during your initial consultation?
This is a one hour session where I will ask you about your medical history, current conditions, goals and preferences. I will perform some assessments depending on your presenting condition and goals. Based on this I will design a personalised exercise program for you.
What to expect in your subsequent sessions?
These are 30 minutes session where I will guide you through your exercise program and provide feedback and advice to ensure you are exercising safely. I will also review and adjust your program to ensure the best results.
